The main reason for fried tin is that the viscosity of the flux is too low to inhibit the evaporation rate of the solvent. The solvent in the flux dipped on the PCB volatilizes, cooling the board surface, and the air in contact with the PCB is condensed to form a mist that condenses on the board surface. When there is no proper angle, the vapor has no diffusion channel, and the solder is pushed sharply to form fried tin. If the humidity of the working environment is relatively high, the probability of the formation of fried tin will be much higher. When the tin wire is broken due to the process during use, if the operator does not pick out the connector in time and cut it off, the connector will remain in the tin wire at this time. At this time, when the tin wire containing the joint is welded with a high-temperature soldering iron in use, the water vapor or air that may be contained in the joint will expand rapidly, and the gas will break through the wrapped liquid tin, resulting in "fried tin".
Solution:
1. You can choose a high-power soldering iron and adjust it to the appropriate temperature. You can adjust the temperature of the soldering iron to the corresponding soldering iron for different tin wires
