Solder wire is a kind of filamentous solder. As we all know, solder wire is widely used now. Solder wire is mainly used for dip soldering and wave soldering. Electronic solder is the most consumed product today, and solder wire is also used for flame brazing and welding of large structural components and long seams. Solder wire is the most indispensable connection material in electrical and electronic products.
1. When using solder wire for welding, the temperature should be effectively controlled to ensure that the welding wire has a good welding effect. When soldering wire, avoid putting a suitable wire in a tin can, connect to the tin, flip the power switch and adjust to about 250 degrees Celsius. The red heating tube should be coated with solder wire to ensure that the entire tin surface will fully cover the heating tube. When melting the wire, add an appropriate amount of wire to ensure that the tin surface is at a relatively suitable temperature.
2. During the operation of the solder wire, it is assumed that the heating power supply of the tin melting furnace should not be cut off when the welding wire is left in the tin melting furnace. At this time, the temperature should be properly controlled, and the set temperature should not be too high, so as not to accelerate the oxidation reaction of the tin surface. Generally speaking, we can control the temperature of the 63/67 wire around 250 degrees Celsius, the 50/50 wire around 280 degrees Celsius, and the 30/70 wire around 300 degrees Celsius.
3. When we investigate the temperature of the tin furnace in the solder wire, we should not only investigate the appearance of the tin furnace itself, which will only lead to large errors. We should test it by plugging it into the tin pot with a special thermometer. Generally speaking, the working temperature of high temperature welding wire should be controlled between 400-500 degrees Celsius. Assuming the temperature is not reached, there will be problems with continuous soldering and no bright solder joints. Therefore, when using welding wire for welding, the temperature should be strictly controlled to ensure the welding quality of the welding wire.
