How to deal with the blockage of the tin wire of the automatic soldering machine;
1. Check the wire feeding speed. Under normal circumstances, if the wire feeding speed is greater than 60mm/s, the front tin wire will be pushed to the PIN before it melts rapidly, which is easy to block the tin.
2. Check the wire feed point. When the solder head tin touches the solder joint, if the tin feeding point is too low, it is easy to send the tin to the PIN, try to send the tin to the solder head, and let the tin flow from the solder head to the pad.
3. Adjust the solder parameters. Including solder temperature, tin feeding method, etc. Generally a slightly higher temperature can reduce the risk of the tin wire being blocked and melt the tin wire from the needle in time. If the solder joint absorbs heat very quickly, the temperature supply is especially important at this time. It is much better to send tin in advance and then down to the welding head to contact the welding head than to send tin to interpolate. This is probably what the so-called linkage and non linkage mean.
4. Regularly replace the tin feeding blade or roller. These hardware losses also increase the risk of tin plugging.
