2. After the solder paste is unsealed, the storage time shall not exceed 24 hours.
3. When the production is over or the printing is stopped for some reason, the remaining solder paste on the stencil should not be placed for more than 1 hour.
4. When printing is no longer used, the remaining solder paste should be bottled, sealed and refrigerated separately. The remaining solder paste can only be used once in a row, and the remaining solder paste should be discarded.
3. How to use solder paste:
1. Warming up: After taking the original solder paste bottle out of the refrigerator, place it at a room temperature of 20°C~25°C for not less than 4 hours, with a fully warmed room temperature as the degree, and place it on the status label paper on the solder paste bottle. Write down the thawing time, and fill in the solder paste entry and exit control form at the same time.
2. Stirring: Manual: Stir with a flat shovel in the same direction for 5 to 10 minutes, subject to the alloy powder and flux being evenly stirred. LF-180A automatic mixer: If the speed of the mixer is 1200 r/min, it needs to be stirred for 2~3 minutes, whichever is more uniform.
3. Operating environment Temperature and humidity range: 20℃~25℃ 45%~75%
4. The amount of input used: LTCL-3088 semi-automatic printing machine, when printing, the solder paste on the stencil is rolled into a columnar body, and the diameter is 1~1.5cm.
5. Principles of use:
①When using solder paste, you must use recycled solder paste first and use it only once, and then discard the rest.
②The principle of using solder paste: first use first, when using the remaining solder paste for the first time, it must be mixed with new solder paste, and the mixing ratio of new and old solder paste should be at least 1:1 (the proportion of new solder paste is better, and it is the same model the same batch).
6. Precautions: The refrigerator must be powered on for 24 hours, and the temperature should be strictly controlled at 0℃~10℃.
