1. Reservation method
The storage of
solder paste should be controlled in an environment of 0-10°C; the use period of solder paste is 6 months (unopened); it should not be placed in the sun.
2. How to use (before opening)
Before unpacking, the temperature of the solder paste must be raised to the ambient temperature (25±2°C), and the temperature return time is about 3-4 hours, and the practice of using other heaters to raise the temperature instantly; it must be fully stirred after returning to temperature , the mixing time of using the mixer is 1-3 minutes, depending on the type of mixer.
3. Application method (after opening)
1) Add about 2/3 of the amount of solder paste on the steel plate, and try to keep the amount of no more than 1 can on the steel plate.
2) Depending on the production speed, the amount of solder paste on the steel plate is supplemented by a small number of repeated additions to maintain the quality of the solder paste.
3) The solder paste that is used up on the day cannot be placed together with the unused solder paste, and should be stored in other containers. It is recommended to use up the solder paste within 24 hours at room temperature after opening.
4) When using the next day, use the newly opened solder paste first, and mix the unused solder paste with the new solder paste at a ratio of 1:2, and add it in a small number of times.
5) After the solder paste is printed on the substrate, it is recommended to place the parts into the reflow furnace within 4-6 hours to complete the assembly.
6) If it takes more than 1 hour to change the line, please scrape the solder paste from the steel plate and put it into the solder paste tank before changing the line.
7) After continuous printing of solder paste for 24 hours, due to air dust and other pollution, in order to ensure product quality, please follow the method of process 4".
8) In order to ensure the printing quality, it is recommended to manually scrub the openings on both sides of the steel plate every 4 hours.
9) The indoor temperature should be controlled at 22-28°C, and the humidity RH30-60% is the best working environment.
