Flux cored tin wire test welding, the solder joint should be smooth and shiny. No false welding, virtual welding phenomenon. Adjust the tin furnace temperature to 270±10℃, when the specified temperature is reached, the tin bar should melt. The molten soup should be shiny and free of impurities. Hold the tin wire in one hand and the soldering iron in the other hand, and put the soldering iron on the pins. When the pins are hot, put the solder wire on the joint of the soldering iron and the pins. When the amount of tin is almost the same, remove the soldering iron and the tin wire at the same time. . But this way I often get the pins very hot, and the tin is not enough, and the tin sometimes hangs on the soldering iron and doesn't flow down.
Solder core tin wire dip tin method is to first dip the soldering iron in rosin alcohol and then take the tin, and then put the beveled edge of the soldering iron against the pins, so that the tin flows down and cools on the pins. But the amount of tin is not easy to control, and I often pull out burrs. Adjust the temperature of the constant temperature soldering iron to the specified temperature (lead-containing tin wire: 245±10℃, lead-free tin wire: 270±10℃), when the constant temperature soldering iron reaches the specified temperature, the flux core tin wire should be able to melt, and the flux core No large amount of smoke is produced when the tin wire is melted.
After cutting the no-clean tin wire, check that the cross-section of the tin wire should be hollow with rosin flux in the middle. The standard specification of flux cored tin wire is to improve the company's quality operation standards, standardize the incoming inspection method of materials, and ensure that the incoming material quality meets the quality requirements of the company and customers. Visual inspection, incoming materials should be packaged in good condition without damage and clearly marked. The tin content of the tin wire or tin bar should be clearly marked on the package. In the case of lead-free solder wire or tin bar, the package should have a "lead-free" logo; by visual inspection, the solder wire should be smooth and shiny. No oxidation, blackening phenomenon. There should be no oil stains, water stains and other dirt on the surface. Dust caused by the transport material and which can be blown away by the air is acceptable. Using a caliper to measure the diameter of the solder wire should meet the requirements.
