It is necessary to adjust the appropriate temperature to accurately detect! In the extrusion process, intermittent wire should be injected according to production requirements. Wire, thick wire, and thickness can be made into different molds. The fifth production step is winding. During operation, the winding is flat and the number of turns can be counted under automatic control. When winding, there will be uneven winding and unevenness. Pay attention to these problems in production. The sixth step is the packaging and inspection of the solder wire.
If the soldering iron cannot be tinned, it has nothing to do with the quality of the solder wire. You can rub the contact surface of the soldering iron tip or replace it with a good quality copper soldering iron tip. ;
During the welding process, it can be judged according to the size of the smoke of the solder. Less smoke means high purity!
1. Choose suitable high-quality solder, and use low-melting solder wire for welding electronic components.
2. Appropriate amount of flux, dissolve 25% rosin in 75% alcohol (weight ratio) as flux, an appropriate amount of flux is essential, but don’t think that the more the better. Excessive rosin not only causes the amount of work that needs to be cleaned around the solder joints after soldering. (Or directly use tin wire containing rosin, without using additional flux, you can directly solder)
3. The solder joint should be in the shape of a sine wave, and the surface should be bright and smooth without tin thorns.
4. Choose suitable high-quality solder, and use low-melting solder wire for soldering electronic components.
5. Appropriate amount of flux, dissolve 25% rosin in 75% alcohol (weight ratio) as flux, an appropriate amount of flux is essential, but don’t think that the more the better.
6. The soldering iron should be placed on the soldering iron stand. The specific method is: heat the electric soldering iron, apply flux when the solder is just melted, and then evenly apply the solder to the soldering iron tip, so that the soldering iron tip is evenly coated with a layer tin.
