       In the daily soldering operation, we occasionally have this phenomenon, what is the reason? How should it be prevented? Today, let's talk about the main factors that cause solder wire to fry tin and how to prevent it.
The main reasons for tin explosion and tin explosion are:
1. The environment is humid, and the solder wire or circuit board is damp. Due to the weather, there is a lot of water in the air and the humidity is high. If the solder wire or circuit board is not stored properly, it may be damp and the surface will adhere to the water. At this time, when we carry out the soldering operation, it will cause the phenomenon of tin explosion or tin explosion.
Prevention: Properly store solder wire or circuit board to avoid moisture. When soldering work, keep the working environment dry and low humidity.
2. The temperature of the soldering iron tip is too high. The content and composition of the flux in different solder wires are also different. Too high temperature will make the flux become extremely active, which will cause tin frying.
Prevention method: Adjust the temperature to an appropriate temperature according to the melting point of the solder wire and the process requirements.
3. Solder wire processing problems. In the production process of the solder wire, when the solder wire passes through the wire drawing machine, if there is a crack in the solder wire, the wire drawing oil may penetrate into it with the crack, which will also cause the occurrence of tin frying during the welding operation.
Prevention methods: communicate with suppliers in a timely manner, investigate the problem, and strengthen spot checks.
