When the
solder wire is welded, the tin wire is filled with rosin. When the temperature of the soldering iron is high, the molten solder wraps the rosin, and the rosin inside is rapidly vaporized at high temperature, and the wrapped solder is washed away, resulting in a popping sound. At the same time, some brightly colored small tin bead solid metal will pop up, which is the phenomenon of fried tin.
1. The problem of damp moisture: Due to the existence of moisture in the air, especially in the spring rainy season, especially in humid weather, the solder wire or circuit board is damp and attached to the surface due to improper storage or improper storage. Causes intermittent tin explosion or tin explosion.
⒉The problem of tin wire processing: In the process of producing solder wire, when the tin wire passes through the wire drawing machine, if there is a crack in the tin wire, the drawing oil will infiltrate with the crack, which is also the occurrence of tin frying during the welding operation.
Solution: 1. When producing solder wire, make appropriate small flux content to reduce the moisture inside, but the premise of this approach is to have good solderability after making small flux amount , firmness and other welding effects are the premise, because the quality of the solder wire is ultimately reflected in the welding effect;
2. Strengthen storage measures to prevent moisture, control temperature and humidity, and dry storage or operating environment;
3. During the production process of solder wire, strengthen inspection and control to prevent cracked solder wire from entering the wire drawing process. If found, the cracked part should be cut off for disposal.
