1. The
environmental protection tin wire has good fluidity, even and fast tinning, and the temperature of the tin furnace is lower. Slow down the speed of solder leaching, effectively inhibit the dissolution speed of copper on the circuit board, and prolong the use time of solder in the furnace.
2. The solder joints of environmentally friendly tin wires are bright and have very little tin slag, which can reduce product costs and improve production efficiency;
3. The environmentally friendly tin wire uses high-purity electrolytic solder to reduce harmful impurities, and at the same time effectively avoids soldering problems such as bridging, sharpening, and poor wettability caused by harmful impurities.
4. The quality of the environmentally friendly tin wire is first-class; although our company has used high-purity electrolytic raw materials, it still cannot achieve absolute 100% purity, and there are very few impurities in it. Impurities in raw materials from different origins are relatively different, and qualitative changes may occur between them, resulting in unstable quality.
5. Effectively prevent the phase change and whisker phenomenon of tin in solder. Avoid problems such as brittle solder joints after soldering and flashover, short circuit and noise caused by whiskers in electronic circuits. Especially after the miniaturization of SMC/SMD, more attention should be paid to the interference of whiskers.
