Leadless tin strip is an energy-saving raw material that does not contain lead chemicals, also known as low-carbon and environmentally friendly welding wire. It has been successfully tested according to SGS and has no air pollution. There are several main problems that exist in the production process. Below, the solder paste manufacturer will explain:
1. Incompleteness of lead-free solder. The fundamental reason for this problem is not only that the soldering flux is too hot, but also that it can be caused by the material properties of different welding products. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the essential reasons, not only considering the company's products, but also considering whether other factors may disrupt;
2. The unevenness on the surface of the product occurs during the lead-free tin strip welding process. Mainly due to the following factors:
a. Pollution of the surrounding environment on the surface of the welding process, and uncleanness on the surface before the welding process can cause uneven appearance of the welding surface;
b. The verification of lead-free solder welding process time and oxidation comparison can lead to uneven appearance of solder;
3. The soldering process of lead-free tin bars can cause solder joints. This is mainly due to the improper use of welding flux. In order to address this problem, we can always maintain a dry welding process environment and meet the actual preheating temperature standards in the welding process, in order to greatly reduce the generation of welding points;
4. After the emergence of lead-free tin bars, there will be phenomena such as welding process packaging and welding process packaging that many people have never been exposed to. As long as it is a problem with the soldering flux, it is caused by insufficient soldering flux activity, and the specific situation of the soldering flux has never been fully utilized.
There is no tin or lead during the welding process, and there are many large and small situations. The above situations are more common. If there are more situations, please feel free to call our engineers at any time to help you solve the problems during the welding process and create higher efficiency.
