What should I do if there is a sharp and continuous welding during tin wire welding

Why does the tin wire have the phenomenon of sharp and continuous welding? In many cases, it is because there is moisture in the through hole of the PCB board. When soldering, the moisture is heated and turned into water vapor.
Pulling out the tin tip during tin wire welding generally has the following points:
1. The temperature of the tin wire is low, and the optimum soldering temperature is not reached
2. The purity of tin wire is not good enough, and there are many impurities
3. The flux concentration in the tin wire is not enough
4. The object leaves the tin too quickly
5. Insufficient preheating time or low preheating temperature
When using tin wire welding, the solder joints appear sharp and continuous welding methods:
1. First of all, it is necessary to understand that the lack of solder joints is related to the tin content, purity and flux activity of the solder wire, and the difficulty of tinning has nothing to do with the tin content;
2. It is related to the information of the welding position. Whether the material is difficult to solder and how the degree of oxidation on the surface of the material will affect the dispersion force and the sharpening state, it is usually necessary to use different types of solder wires with different flux contents for different materials. In this way, the dispersion force of the solder wire during welding can be effectively enhanced, and problems such as sharpening can be reduced. the
3. It is related to the wattage of the electric soldering iron. The temperature required for soldering with different tin content is different. When using a soldering iron with a low wattage and a solder wire with a low tin content, the solder is in a semi-dissolved state due to insufficient temperature, which is prone to sharpening. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a suitable soldering iron for soldering. the
4. It is related to the activator of the flux. The activator with strong activity has better dispersing power, stronger dehydration ability and more stable electrical function. Therefore, the solder wire with better flux activity can handle the sharp and continuous welding, but It is easy to bring problems such as large smoke.
