If you want to buy tin wire now, how to choose? If this problem was put in the past, it is probably not a problem, because many electronic products and industrial products must use this kind of auxiliary to complete. Now you can choose There are more and more brands and suppliers, how to choose generally:
Everyone knows that tin wires are divided into leaded tin wires and lead-free tin wires, but have you noticed that the best leaded tin wires we use are only 63-degree tin wires. Except for this 63-degree tin wire, the degrees of other tin wires are all multiples of 5. Why is the 63 degree tin line not set to 65 degrees? Why is there no lead-tin wire with a height higher than 63 degrees? Such as 70 degrees, 75 degrees, 80 degrees, etc. In fact, the truth is this: the 63-degree tin wire is the best ratio of lead to tin, and its melting point reaches the lowest 183°C. And why is there no lead-tin wire with a height higher than 63 degrees? This problem is much simpler, because the price of tin is much higher than that of lead, 63 degrees is already so easy to use, and the tin wire with a higher height is not only expensive, but also not as easy to use as 63 degrees.
For lead-free tin wires, tin wires with a tin content of 99.3% and 0.7% copper are the most used. Others include silver-containing tin wires and low-temperature tin wires. These tin wires are produced and developed to achieve the effect that other conventional lead-free tin wires cannot achieve. For example, low-temperature tin wire, the tin content of low-temperature tin wire is 42%, although the welding effect of low-temperature tin wire is not very good, but because its melting point is only 138°C, it can prevent some components from being unable to withstand high temperature and burn out during welding. . However, the solder joints are relatively brittle, and the conventional lead-free tin wire is very good for soldering, but its melting point is as high as 217°C. This is irreplaceable and there is no comparison.
