First of all, when using Dongguan
lead-free solder bar for the first time, put an appropriate amount of tin bars in the tin pot, connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, adjust the temperature to about "250" ℃, and use Dongguan lead-free solder bars in the tin pot. Apply tin to the red heating tube until the tin surface covers the heating tube. When the Dongguan lead-free solder bar starts to melt, the tin bar should be added in time until the molten tin surface reaches a suitable height. When there is no solder in the tin melting furnace, do not use the tin melting furnace to energize and heat. The set temperature should not be too high, so as not to accelerate the oxidation of the tin surface. Generally, it is suitable to set around 300°C or according to the needs of the use. The temperature range of general tin melting furnace: 0-500 ℃. But the actual maximum temperature is about 300°C-400°C.
Secondly, there are many precautions when using lead-free solder bars:
(1) There is a ground wire connected to the tin melting furnace, please be sure to connect it and ensure good grounding for safety.
(2) Before using the tin melting furnace, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent.
(3) The tin melting furnace should be kept dry, and it is not suitable to work in a humid or rainy environment.
(4) The tin melting furnace should be placed stably, and flammable items and other items cannot be placed within 0.5m around it.
(5) The operator should wear goggles and heat-resistant gloves when using the tin melting furnace. During use, pay attention to avoid foreign objects falling into the melting tin pot to prevent accidents.
(6) It is strictly forbidden to move the tin melting furnace after it is powered on, and it is not allowed to knock arbitrarily, disassemble and install its electric heating parts.
(7) The shell of the tin melting furnace has a temperature of 50°C-80°C during use. This is a normal phenomenon. Pay attention to the high temperature and do not touch the shell.
(8) After using the lead-free solder bar, the power should be turned off, and the tin melting furnace should not be energized to heat up when left unattended.
(9) If the tin melting furnace breaks down, personnel with professional maintenance skills should be hired to check it.
