Solder wire is an important industrial raw material for connecting electronic components in welding lines, and is widely used in the electronics industry, home appliance manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, maintenance industry and daily life.
This product does not contain regulated specific chemical substances, nor does it contain organic fluxes as specified in the Organic Poisoning Prevention Rules, but necessary precautions are still required to ensure human health and safety.
1. Lead-free solder wire is a chemical product, which is mixed with various chemical components and is not edible.
2. During the soldering process of lead-free solder wire, part of the smoke generated by the flux in the solder wire will stimulate the human respiratory system, and prolonged or repeated exposure to the waste gas may cause discomfort, so ensure that the job site is ventilated Good, welding equipment must be equipped with adequate exhaust to remove exhaust gas.
3. Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed during the operation of lead-free solder wire. After the operation, you must wash your hands with soap or warm water before eating.
4. Although the lead-free solder wire has a very high flash point in the solvent system, it is still flammable and should be kept away from fire sources. In case of accidental fire, use carbon dioxide or chemical dry powder fire extinguisher to put out the fire, never use water to put out the fire.
