2) There are many types of solder bars. Try to choose good quality solder bars. It is difficult to identify the quality of products from the appearance. When purchasing solder bars, merchants should choose solder bars that have passed (RDSH) certification. The quality and safety of certified solder bars are relatively guaranteed.
3) The inspection of the solder bar when entering the factory should first check the appearance of the solder bar, whether the solder bar is oxidized, and whether the surface of the solder bar is smooth and bright.
4) Pay attention to the setting of the melting temperature of the solder bar when using it. It can be set according to the data provided by the supplier. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will have a bad influence on the use of the solder bar. Pay attention to the solder bar after melting. How much slag is produced, there is very little slag in a good-quality solder bar, and too much slag means that there are many impurities in the solder bar, which will affect the welding effect and cause unnecessary waste.
5) After the product is soldered, do some testing on the tin point, and do a product aging to test the fatigue resistance of the tin point. Whether there is leakage.
6) The detection of welding performance is mainly after the solder bar is welded, whether the solder joint is cracked, sharpened, porosity, fullness of the solder joint, and good quality solder bar does not have these problems.
