How to Avoid Machine Dip Soldering of Lead-Free Solder Bars

Solder bar is an essential solder material for immersion soldering. It can be divided into leaded solder bar and leaded tin bar. Leaded tin bar is mostly used for non-exported electronic products. The lead-free solder bar produced by Yizheng Xujiazhuang Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. is made of raw tin. Good wettability and fluidity, easy to tin; Solder joints are bright and full, and will not have bad phenomena such as false soldering. The lead-free solder bar is divided into manual and machine during soldering and dip soldering. The lead-free solder bar machine dip soldering is a method of using a machine instead of a manual fixture to clamp the inserted PCB for dip soldering. When the area of the circuit board to be soldered by the solder bar is large and there are many components, and the dip soldering cannot be clamped by manual clamps, machine dip soldering can be used.
Secondly, the dip soldering process of the electrolytic lead-free solder bar machine is: when the circuit board runs to the top of the tin furnace in the dip soldering machine, the tin furnace moves up and down or the PCB moves up and down, so that the PCB is immersed in the solder of the tin furnace, and the immersion depth is 1/2~2/3 of the thickness of the PCB, the tin dipping time is 3~5 seconds, and then the PCB leaves the tin dipping position and goes out of the tin dipping machine to complete the soldering. This method is mainly used for welding large-area circuit boards such as TV main boards, so as to replace the high wave machine, reduce the amount of tin slag, and the board surface is heated evenly and the deformation is relatively small.
