The leaded
solder paste is a mixture of flux components and alloy components. The main components of the alloy are tin and lead, so it is called leaded solder paste. In addition to these, solder paste alloys will have trace amounts of impurity metal elements (such as iron, zinc, copper, aluminum, silver, mercury, arsenic, etc.)
leaded solder paste
1. The leaded solder paste printing has good rolling and tin falling properties, and can also complete fine printing for pads as low as 0.4mm pitch;
2. When the leaded solder paste is continuously printed, its viscosity changes very little, and the stencil has a long operating life, it will not dry out for more than 12 hours, and it still maintains a good printing effect;
3. The leaded solder paste still maintains the original shape for several hours after printing, basically no slump phenomenon, and the SMD components will not be so easily offset;
4. Leaded solder paste has excellent soldering performance and can show proper wettability in different parts;
5. The leaded solder paste can adapt to the requirements of different grades of welding equipment. It is not necessary to complete the welding in a nitrogen-filled environment. It can still show good welding performance in a wide temperature range of the reflow oven. Two types of furnace temperature setting methods of gradual heating type can be used;
6. The leaded solder paste has very little residue after soldering, the color is very light and has a large insulation resistance, which will not corrode the PCB, and can meet the requirements of no-cleaning;
7. Leaded solder paste has better ICT test performance and will not cause misjudgment;
8. Leaded solder paste can be used for through-hole roller coating.
